Railway Recruitment Boards will release the Assistant Loco Pilot exam city slip today. Candidates will be able to download the same from the official website of RRB. The computer-based test (CBT 1) of ALP is scheduled for November 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.
RRBs said that exam city information slips and travel authority for SC and ST candidates will be released ten days before the commencement of the exam. The early exam city slip will help candidates plan their travel and stay beforehand. The admit cards will be released four days ahead of the exam.

The Assistant Loco Pilot exam is to be conducted for 18,799 posts after receiving additional demand received from Zonal Railways. Earlier the number of vacancies was 5,696 which were alter increased by more than 3 folds.
The selection process covers five stages with two computer-based tests – CBT 1 and CBT 2. The third stage which is the computer-based aptitude test (CBAT) will be followed by Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME).

There will be negative markings in both CBT 1 and 2. One-third of the total marks will be deducted for the wrong answers. There will be no negative marking in the CBAT stage.
Other RRB Exam Dates
- The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will hold the RPF SI 2024 exam from December 2 to 12, 2024.
- The RRB NTPC 2024 recruitment is underway for 11558 vacancies in graduate and undergraduate posts. The RRB NTPC application form 2024 was available from September 14 to October 20, 2024, for graduate posts and from September 21, 2024, to October 27, 2024, for undergraduate posts.
- The RRB JE recruitment 2024 is underway for 7,951 vacancies.
