Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday expressed confidence that BJP will win double digits from Kerala in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. It was while addressing a public meeting in Kerala”s Kasaragod, he made the statement. The Minister has also stated that whoever in India has opposed Lord Ram has encountered downfall, and it is what happened to the Congress and CPI(M) in the country.

During the public speech, Union Minister said that in the upcoming polls, the BJP is going for a grand opening in Kerala. Rajnath Singh then assures that party will get the state out of the “vicious cycle” of both Communist Party of India (Marxist) and Congress.

He then spoke about ML Ashwini, BJP nominee for Kasaragod and sought people”s support for her win in the Lok Sabha polls.

In the speech Rajnath Singh mentioned about cooperative bank scams in Kerala. There above 300 cooperative banks in Kerala with deposits of people nearly Rs.1 lakh crores. Due to corruption of the CPI(M), people”s money is at risk, Minister alleges. The poor people”s money is being looted by CPI(M) leaders, and their corruption involves crores, he adds.

Continuing further, Rajnath Singh assures that stringent measures will be taken in the bank scam case and will return the money to the depositors. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seeking legal advice in this matter, he said.

He urged the people to make the BJP strong in Kerala in order to deal with Congress and the Left, and for that, make the saffron party win with a “clear majority” in the upcoming elections in Kerala.

“UDF and LDF has looted Kerala in their successive regimes,” argues Rajnath Singh. They are planning to join money heist in the Centre, and “we will not let this happen,” Minister asserts.

The Lok Sabha polls will be conducted in Kerala on April 26 and the results will be declared on June 4.
