According to the Election Commission trends, BJP candidate Preneet Kaur is trailing behind Congress nominee Dharamvira Gandhi in Punjab’s Patiala Lok Sabha seat.
After two rounds of counting, BJP’s Manoj Tiwari (1,13,662 votes) leads Congress’ Kanhaiya Kumar (72,619) votes by 41,043 votes in North East Delhi.
BJP takes the lead on all seven Lok Sabha seats. However, close fight in Chandni Chowk and New Delhi.
Two-term BJP MP Manoj Tiwari (26,691 votes) builds a lead of 1,22,445 votes against Kanhaiya Kumar (95,754) in North East Delhi.
Congress nominee from Chandni Chowk, Jai Prakash Agarwal (51,603 votes), establishes a lead of 7687 votes over Praveen Khandelwal (43,916 votes) of the BJP.
