Amit Shah, Modi’s right hand man and former BJP president retained his former Home Ministry, while Nirmala Sitharaman, Rajnath Singh, S Jaishankar and Nitin Gadkari got their previous ministries Finance, Defence, External Affairs and Transport respectively.
