“People Of Bihar Will Defeat BJP To Save State’s Honour": Akhilesh Yadav On Nitish Kumar Going With BJP

In response to Nitish Kumar“s decision to join forces with the BJP-led NDA and assume the role of Chief Minister, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has issued a scathing critique. Yadav attributed Kumar”s move to the BJP”s desperation of impending defeat in the Lok Sabha elections and accused the party of conspiring to confine a potential future Prime Minister to the position of Chief Minister by aligning him with them.

Yadav condemned the BJP”s actions as an insult to the people of Bihar and their electoral mandate. He asserted that the public would retaliate against this perceived affront by thwarting the BJP alliance in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Yadav called upon every resident of Bihar to cast their vote strategically, safeguarding the state”s honour and delivering a resounding defeat to the BJP.

“This is the result of BJP”s desperation of impending defeat in the Lok Sabha elections… which conspired and limited a future Prime Minister to the post of Chief Minister by allying him with them. BJP has insulted the people of Bihar and also their electoral choice. The public will respond to this insult by defeating the BJP alliance in the Lok Sabha elections. Every resident of Bihar will cast his/her next vote to save the honor of Bihar and defeat BJP,” Akhilesh Yadav, a constituent of Opposition INDIA alliance, said.

On Saturday, for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Akhilesh Yadav has announced that the Congress and Samajwadi party have agreed for a deal to form an alliance in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

“Our cordial alliance with Congress is off to a good start with 11 strong seats… This trend will move forward with the winning equation. ‘INDIA’ team and ‘PDA’ strategy will change history,” Akhilesh Yadav wrote on X.
