Mohit Patel, NCP(SP) candidate from the Madha constituency won by securing 622,213 votes. He won by defeating Ranjit Naik with a vote margin of 120,837 votes.
Nationalist Congress Party -Sharad Pawar faction has fielded Mohite Patil Dhairyasheel Rajsinh as its candidate from the constituency.
While, BJP candidate Ranjit Naik Nimbalkar is the member of the parliament represent Madha Constituency.
The city of Madha is known for the revered Madheshwari Temple by the man river. In the 2019 election, Vijay Singh Mohite Patil of the NCP won the seat by defeating Sadabhau Knot of SWP and an independent candidate, Pratapsingh Shankarro Mohite Patil in a closely contested battle.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, the constituency witnessed a tought fight between 31 candidates. The key candidates included Sanjay Shinde of NCP, Ranjitsingh Naik of BJP, Vijayrao More from VBA, Sunil Jadhav from Bahujan Mukti Morcha. However, the BJP candidate Ranjitsingh Naik emerged victorious. He made a significant win over NCPs Sanjaymama Vitthalrao Shinde and other candidates.
