Class 10 Student Kills His Aunt After She Declined His Sexual Advances

A Class 10 student allegedly killed his 37-year-old aunt after she declined the minor boy’s sexual advances at her home in a village in Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka, NDTV reported.

Police said that the woman was found dead on June 16 Sunday night at her house under suspicious circumstances. After spotting the body, the police became suspicious about the boy who was at her home on that day.

Adding the doubt further, the suspect’s father told the police he saw scratches on the minor boy’s back. However, when the police questioned the minor, he confessed to the crime.  The scratches might have happened when the woman was trying to push him away to escape while being stifled, the boy admitted. The police have detained the Class 10 minor for allegedly killing his aunt.

It is reported that while his maternal aunt was sleeping, the boy made sexual impropriety. The woman then resisted the minor’s sexual advances, scolding and asking him to behave appropriately.

After some time, when the woman returned to sleep, the accused boy suffocated her to death using a pillow. The Class 10th student confessed that he carried out the act fearing that his aunt would tell others about his misbehaviour.

The boy, after smothering his aunt to death had told his father that she died after suffering a heart attack.
