A picture of so-called spiritual leader Sadhguru’s (Jaggi Vasudev) feet is being sold on his official website for Rs 3,200 which sparked amusement on social media on Tuesday. The photo which was listed on the Isha Foundation’s online shop comes with a description saying his feet are “revered” as they provide access to his energy. Sadhguru who is a well-known monk founded the non-profit Isha Foundation in Tamil Nadu and is renowned globally for his spiritual teachings.

Some questioned the high price, while others poked fun at the concept of buying a spiritual leader’s foot picture.

Users also criticised Sadhguru for his strategy to market his own feet with an expensive price tag. A user wrote: “The Sadhguru is offering you a picture of his feet for Rs 3200. I ask the believers in my timeline whether they think that a man who allows pictures of his feet to be sold should be trusted and followed?”
