Ava Louise, a TikToker is going viral on social media now. Ava Louise, an OnlyFans model is now going viral for her innovative way of taking revenge on her cheating boyfriend. She posted a video on TikTok in which she claimed to report the man to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of US for unpaid taxes.

In her TikTok video, she said, “when my ex confided in me he never paid his taxes, then cheated on me a few months later I reported him to the IRS and collected over 100k in reward money. I’m spending his money daily while he is facing years in jail. The female rage is a powerful thing”. As per her claim, she was rewarded with amount around Rs 83 lakh, for reporting her ex-boyfriend for his unpaid taxes.

Ava Louise appears to use the whistleblower programme of Washington’s IRS agency which is responsible for collecting taxes and enforcing tax laws. According to the IRS website, the whistleblower office pays monetary awards for eligible individuals whose information is used by the agency. The website said that the award percentage “depends on several factors, but generally falls between 15 and 30 percent of the proceeds collected and attributed to the whistleblower’s information”.

To become eligible for the award, the person must have to submit a claim of non-compliance which exceed $2,000,000 by an individual, and the accused should have a gross annual income of over $200,000 “for at least one of the tax years in question”.

This is not the first time that social media has witnessed such an incident. In June 2023, three women came together to expose a man who cheated them of 100,000 yuan (Rs 11,67,982) by posing as their love interest. He was then arrested and was awarded with two years and six months in jail, as per report from Chinese media.
