
Cristiano Ronaldo To Be Featured As Playable Fighter In Fatal Fury: City Of The Wolves
After taking on the roles of footballer and YouTuber, the Portuguese star is now stepping into the role of a fighter in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Alongside the much-anticipated return of SNK’s fighting game saga, Cristiano has lent his physique to the game, allowing players to embody his likeness as they face off against fierce opponents. The official trailer, featuring the new character, was released on Wednesday.

In the video released, the Portuguese forward was seen wearing a red-and-green outfit, which resembles the Portuguese National Soccer Team’s home kit. Moreover, Cristiano Ronaldo himself has revealed his addition to the game in his post on X. He wrote, “Big news to share with everyone today! I’m going to be a character in the new fighting game FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves! @fatalfury_pr Let’s have some fun on April 24th! #SNK #FatalFury #CR7.”

The Portuguese forward will be voiced by Juan Felipe Sierra in the English version of the game, whereas Masaaki Mizunaka voices him in the Japanese version. And the best part of the game is regarded to be his iconic ‘SUII’ celebration after winning each fight.
The Fatal Fury franchise gained prominence in 1991, becoming one of the pioneers in the 2D fighting game genre. After a long hiatus, the franchise has arrived with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, a game promising to deliver cutting-edge visuals, a revolutionary battle system, and an evolved control scheme designed to cater to both newcomers and veteran players.

The game will be released on April 24, but there will be an Open Beta Test between March 26 and March 31 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam.
