Tata Motors is set to launch the entire Curvv line-up, including EV, petrol, and diesel variants. The Curvv diesel will feature a dual-clutch automatic gearbox, making it the first mass-market SUV in India to offer this combination.
Sharing its 1.5-litre engine with the Nexon, the Curvv diesel will rival Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, which use torque converter automatics. The line-up also includes a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, a new direct-injection turbo petrol engine , and an EV powertrain option.
