Drone From Lebanon Hit Building Near Netanyahu's Residence, Multiple Explosions Across Israel Reported (X image @kyg_best)

Caesarea as a very serious security failure. It said investigation has been launched into the security breaches, an Israeli security source was quoted as saying by Israeli Army Radio.

Israeli media reported injuries after a drone from Lebanon exploded in a building in Caesarea, near Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence, which is 70 kilometre away from Lebanon. It is said that the drone achieved a direct hit.  It was also reported that huge explosion was heard near central Israel. The noise is believed to be from a drone strike that came without any prior warning. Times Of Israel reported there were no injury during the attack.

Reports suggest that GPS disruption in Tel Aviv were reported. According to Al Mayadeen, The Israeli occupation army also admitted that a drone exploded as the air defenses failed to intercept it, and police shut down streets in Caesarea to prevent media from approaching the site of the drone crash.

Sky News Arabic said, Israeli security sources has confirmed that Hezbollah targeted the private villa where Benjamin Netanyahu resides in Caesarea with an advanced suicide drone early this morning. There is no information about Netanyahu’s whereabouts at the time of the attack.

Media reports said that a strict military s=censorship has been imposed near the are of attack, and a large groups of Israeli police, intelligence, and military forces were gathered around the targeted building.

Apart from the attack on building near Netanyahu’s residence, and explosion in central Israel, sirens sounded at the Glilot military base, which is the headquarters of the Unit 8200.

According to media report, more than a million Israelis ran to bomb bunkers with one hour of the explosion. Israel’s Channel 12 also reported that Haifa of northern Israel was directly hit by the drone.

As per media reports, in the last four hours, the following alerts were issued in Israel:

06:18 AM – Drone sirens in settlements adjacent to Tulkarem, east of Netanya deep in northwestern Israel.

6:54 – 6:59 AM – Extensive and repeated drone sirens in Nahariyya and Akka.

7:00 – 7:08 AM – Repeated drone sirens in settlements northeast of Haifa, south of Akka.

7:18 AM – Missile sirens in Tabariyya deep in northeastern Israel, as well as settlements around the Sea of Al-Jalil.

7:40 AM – Missile sirens in Ya’ara in northwestern Israel.

8:02 – 8:03 AM – Missile sirens in Haifa and Tira Carmel

8:52 AM – Missile sirens in Misgav Am in northeastern Israel.
