
Israeli Army Kills Palestinian Journalist Mohammad Mansour
The Israeli Army has killed Journalist Mohammad Mansour, a correspondent for Palestine Today, in an attack targeting a house in Khan Yonis, Southern Gaza Strip. Israeli’s bombardment of Gaza continues with at least 61 Palestinians killed in attacks across the strip over the past 24-hour reporting period.

Hossam Shabat, a Palestinian journalist and contributor to Al-Jazeera Mubasher, has been killed in an air strike that targeted his car in northern Gaza.

Since the war began, at least 208 journalists have been killed in Israeli attacks on the enclave.
Civilian deaths in the Gaza Strip are increasing with the recent attacks. Germany has criticized the ongoing attacks and denounced the Israeli security cabinet’s decision to recognize 13 Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz says the military is doing its best to avoid Palestinian civilians killing in Gaza.
“Israel is not fighting the civilians in Gaza and is doing everything that international law requires to mitigate harm to civilians,” Katz said in a statement.
He blamed Hamas for civilian deaths, saying the group “fights in civilian dress, from civilian homes and from behind civilians”, putting them in danger.
