2023 Honda Goldwing Tour: The Luxury Tourer Arrives In India At Rs 39.20 Lakh
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced its flagship motorcycle, the 2023 Gold Wing Tour, in the Indian market, with a price tag of Rs 39.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle will be available as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) and can be booked through Honda”s premium BigWing Top Line dealerships. Customer deliveries are set to commence in October 2023.
The 2023 Honda Gold Wing Tour retains its massive and imposing design, featuring a bulky appearance, a wide front apron, and a large windscreen. It offers a comfortable riding experience with lumbar support for the rider, an elevated pillion seat, and blacked-out alloy wheels. Additionally, the motorcycle is equipped with spacious pannier boxes, enhancing its touring capabilities.
In terms of features, the Gold Wing Tour boasts a full LED lighting system and a 7.0-inch full-color TFT display that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, providing riders with information to riding, navigation, and audio. The electrically adjustable fly screen enhances wind protection. Notable features also include Bluetooth connectivity, two USB type-C sockets, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an airbag, and various other advanced equipment.
Powering the Honda Gold Wing Tour is a 1833cc, liquid-cooled, 24-valve, flat six-cylinder engine that generates 125 bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), which features a convenient creep forward and back function for low-speed maneuverability. The motorcycle is equipped with electronic aids such as the Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) system, offering four riding modes: Tour, Sport, Econ, and Rain.
