The new Signature Edition Audi A4 vehicle is priced at Rs 57.11 lakh (ex-showroom). A few external cosmetic improvements and other functions are included with the limited-edition version. The A4 Signature Edition costs precisely the same as the sedan’s top-spec Technology trim, even with the upgrades. The 2018 A4 Signature Edition’s exterior features include a revised boot-lid spoiler, new dynamic wheel hub caps with alloy wheels, and “Audi rings” decals on the back doors. Glacier White, Mythos Black, Navarra Blue, Progressive Red, and Manhattan Grey are the five metallic colour options offered for the Signature Edition.

A 10.1-inch infotainment screen, 3-zone climate control, memory-function powered front seats, a Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system, and three-color ambient lighting are among more noteworthy amenities that come standard with the A4. The A4 Signature Edition’s mechanical characteristics are identical to those of the standard sedan. A 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 204 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque powers the vehicle. It is paired to a 7-speed DCT gearbox. Audi claims a peak speed of 241 kph and a 7.1-second 0-100 kph sprint time. A 12V mild-hybrid system is also included with this variant.

The current generation A4 is nearing the end of its existence; the all-new A5 sedan has already supplanted the A4 globally. Although a specific date for this is not yet clear, it is anticipated that the A5 will replace the A4 in India as well.

The Audi A4 Signature Edition, which retails for ₹57.11 lakh (ex-showroom), is the brand’s attempt to give one of its best-selling sedans more exclusivity without raising the price. It is obviously targeted at buyers who care about design thanks to understated yet elegant exterior upgrades like dynamic wheel hub caps, Audi ring decals, and a sporty boot-lid spoiler.

The luxury factor is raised inside with high-end features including puddle lighting, a fragrance dispenser, an oak wood inlay, and a 360-degree camera with Park Assist. It still provides a sophisticated yet dynamic driving experience thanks to its mechanically proven 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and 7-speed DCT.

The Signature Edition is a desirable option for customers seeking exclusivity in a recognizable package because of its unaltered pricing despite new features. This Signature Edition, however, may be Audi’s last flourish for the A4 in India before it is eventually phased out and replaced, given that the next-generation A5 sedan is now available worldwide.
