Anand Mahindra, Tech Mahindra Chairman (Technology Consulting and Digital Solutions) Chairman stated that AI’s possibility to sprawl out into different sectors is very high on IT services and the company is set to roll out innovations.

The company is planning to execute a three-year strategy to ameliorate service amidst the AI race. Tech Mahindra became subjected to hectic business history struggles over the past months which resulted in less productivity.

Anand Mahindra stated in a letter to shareholders that the organisation is trying hard to keep its head high in this competition,  and the IT service will play a significant role in developing that “Golden Thread” through the desegregation of Artificial Intelligence into major business functions.

This integration will result in the new beginning of a technological uprise but requires immense toil and commitment to flourish and Tech Mahindra in its new leadership will make a leap in this AI era he added, in the letter of the company’s annual report FY24.

FY24, Tech Mahindra marked the retirement of CP Gurnani from his chief executive seat who held the company tight in his hands for the last 11 years. Anand Mahindra praised Gurnani for his invaluable contributions and business acumen. Gurnani served the company for about long 19 years over 11 years as the CEO and MD shaping the face of Tech Mahindra.

Anand Mahindra also stated that the mishap on AI’s advent effect of collapsing IT services is of no relevance as he believes that this innovation will push into a world with galore opportunities and Tech Mahindra will witness those things being a vanguard in the field.
