"No Such News": CBSE Official On Reports Of '10th, 12th Result Tomorrow'An official from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today clarified that the news claiming to be announcing the CBSE Class 10 Result 2024 tomorrow, May 3 is “fake.” When contacted regarding the news report, a CBSE official said that there is “no such news” and that the report is “fake.”
The report claimed that the educational body will release its 10th Result 2024 on the official website tomorrow. Citing an anonymous senior official of Government Senior Secondary School, Bjogal, a report said that the results of the Class 10th and 12th will be outed by 11 am.
CBSE conducted its Class 10th Exams 2024 from February 15 to March 13, while the Class 12th exams were conducted from February 15, 2024. As the aspirants are eagerly waiting for the result, the body is yet to officially announce the date of the result declaration. Given the previous year’s trend, the result is expected to be declared in the first week of May.
Notably, on May 1, following the wide circulation of a fake CBSE letter pad, claiming to declare the result on May 1st, the national body issued a statement calling the news “fake and misleading.” The body further alerted the public against such fake news on its official Twitter handle.
Tired of waiting, many people are asking the national level educational board to at least release the date on which the result will be outed.
