Mr. Tharoor addressed a letter to NTA’s Director General Pradeep Singh Kharola highlighting the problem of the students regarding the change of center choices by the students. Underscoring the plight of students, he wrote about the demands of students regarding changing their center of examination. He said to write the letter on behalf of the students who while submitting the form chose the center’s location based on their then-current convinience. Few students chose centres in their hometown and some opted for the cities where they were pursuing internships as the examination was supposed to be held during summer vacations.

However, with the start of new academic year, students are back to cities where their universities are located. With the announcement of new examination dates, students are finding it inconvinient to travel again to go back miles away to appear for the exam. Considering this aspect, the Congress leader, requested the National Testing Agency to provide facility to students to chose the centres of their choice.
