DU Extends CSAS UG Phase 2 Deadline To August 9

The University of Delhi (DU) has extended the deadline to fill the preferences for programs and college combinations by August 9 Under CSAS. Candidates who have already completed the phase 1 registration can log in via – du.ac.in to complete phase 2.

The preferences saved by the candidates in the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) determine the allocation and admission of candidates. These preferences get into the auto-submitted and locked for the allocation procedure. Candidates must choose a maximum number of preferences to be admitted into the desirable courses.

The admission process for performance-based programs including BA Honors Music, BFA, Physical Education, Health Education and Sports, BSc (PE, HE&S), Extra-curricular activities, and sports supernumerary quota will start on August 12.

The allocations to supernumerary quotas of CW, ECA, sports, PMSSS, Sikkim nominee, and DU ward quota will take place in the third round of allocation. The dates of the third round will be announced later.

Admission to all undergraduate programs of UoD for the academic session 2024-25 will take place through CSAS (UG) – 2024. The CSAS (UG) – 2024 admission process occurs in 3 phases – Under Phase 1 – students apply to the University of Delhi. In Phase 2 – Candidates fill the preferences for programs and colleges and under the last, phase 3 the allocation cum admission takes place.

There is a time application fee of Rs 250 for the UR/OBC/EWS category and Rs 100 for SC/ST/PwBD categories.

Candidates applying for BFA/ B. Sc(PE, HE &S) / B.A.(H) Music will have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 400.00 (non-refundable).

For applying to the ECA and Sports supernumerary quota, there is an additional fee of Rs.100.00 (Rupees Hundred only) for each quota.
