GATE 2025 Registration Last Date Extends Till Oct 3

The registration date for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 has been extended and now the applicants register and fill out their applications for another week via the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in. As per the official release the decision to extend the deadline up to October 3, 2024, till 11:50 pm is taken after receiving several requests from applicants.

This year GATE 2025 examination will be organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in February 2025. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Testing (CBT) mode. The GATE 2025 will have a total of 30 test papers which include full papers and sectional papers.

The application process was started on August 28  and the late fee submission will take place till October 7 now.

The registration fee for the female candidates, SC, ST, and PwD is Rs. 900 whereas for the general candidates and foreign nationals the application fee is Rs 1,800. For the detailed application guidelines candidates must visit the official website.

GATE 2025: How to apply

Step 1: Go to the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on apply now button and fill the appliaction form

Step 3: Upload the required documents and complete the payment process

Step 4: Submit the application form and download it

Step 5: Save/print out the application form for further reference
