Good News For Jamia Millia Aspirants: B. Sc Aeronautics Programme Seats Are Still Open (image:facebook.com/jmiofficial)

Candidates who cleared Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University entrance test for the session 2023-24 and failed to secure seats have good news waiting for them. The Office of the Controller of Examinations on a recent notice says that their Competent Authority approves that those who cleared the tests and failed to secure seats in any courses can apply for B.Sc Aeronautics programme of the University, as some seats stays vacant. For that, the candidates can apply over again by logging in through applicant’s portal at jmicoe.in. The portal will be open from 22/09/2023 to 28/09/2023.

The required eligibility includes Senior Secondary School Certificat (10+2)/ Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board with main subjects being Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The percentage of marks secured should be not less than 50% in PCM.

Similarly, a Diploma in Engineering constituting three or four years, recognised by AICTE, or a State Board of Technical Education or University with an aggregate not less than 55%  are also eligible to apply.

The counselling of the eligible applicants will be held from 03.10.2023 to 04. 10.2023 in the office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology. They are requested to bring their original documents. The Dean is advised to examine applicant’s eligibility and will be selecting the candidates for the vacant position in accordance with merit.
