The IIM Lucknow seem to have taken their campus recruitment process as a matter of utmost importance. The institution has achieved cent percent in placement with 576 offers for its PGP-ABM students. The institution’s press release said that the “Institute has received highest domestic offer of Rs.3.5 lakhs per month and the highest international offer of Rs.4 lakhs per month.”
The 2023-2025 summer placements for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) of the 39th batch and Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) of the 20th batch are the students who successfully completed the placements. The students have been placed at various roles across many segments with top recruiters at a global level in Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce.
On this, the Student Affair and Placement Chairperson, Prof. Priyanka Sharma said, “despite the placement scenario this time around, our relentless teamwork from the Placement Office, Student’s Placement Committee, support teams, and preparation crew ensured that each student landed at least one offer and achieve 100% campus summer placement. As the economic situation gets better, we are determined to bring even more opportunities for our students.”
The institute had a cache of prestigious first-time recruiters along with major legacy recruiters, with some of them offering students international roles too. The key legacy recruiters, included Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, Arthur D. Little, Atlassian, Avendus Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, J.P. The average stipends were, for top 10 percent- Rs. 2.25 lakhs per month, top 25 percent- Rs. 2.08 lakhs per month and for the top 50 percent- Rs. 1.77 lakhs per month, respectively. The highest domestic stipend was Rs. 3.50 lakhs per month, and the international stipend was Rs. 4 lakhs per month.
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, established in 1984 was the fourth management school to be established. It is the first IIM to set up a satellite campus exclusively for Executive Education at NOIDA in Delhi NCR region, the press release said.
