IIM Ahmedabad
IIM Ahmedabad’s students also completed the Final Placement process for MBA (Post Graduate Programme in Management- PGP) with 100% placements. Firms from multiple domains participated across the three clusters in Final placements, with all students placed across 30 cohorts.
The firms interviewed students with prior work experience and offered them roles in middle and senior management positions. A multitude of firms participated from diverse sectors such as technology, banking, finance, consulting, analytics, etc.
Prominent recruiters were observed in the consulting domain, Investment Banking & Markets and Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Management, Consumer Goods, Consumer Services, Consumer Tech and Pharma and Healthcare, Conglomerate and Retail B2B & B2C, Enterprise Tech and Cards and Financial Advisory, and Fintech.
IIM Lucknow
IIM Lucknow placement for the 2025 MBA batch recorded an average salary of Rs 32.3 LPA with the highest domestic package of Rs 75 LPA. Over 570 students received more than 600 offers, with top recruiters including Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs.
The top recruiting domains included consulting, finance, general management, IT & analytics, sales & marketing, operations, and retail E-Commerce.
The summer placements for the 2024-26 batch observed 576 students receiving internship offers, with the highest domestic stipend reaching up to 3.95 lakh per month.
IIM Calcutta
As per IIM Calcutta’s official reports, the 61st batch of its flagship MBA programme secured 100 percent placements in the Summer Placements 2024. IIMC completed its summer internship placements with 564 offers for 475 students.
Nearly 175 recruiters offered multiple functional roles across a variety of sectors. The average monthly stipend stood at Rs 1.89 lakh per month, while the median salary offered was Rs 2 lakh per month. The highest domestic monthly stipend stood at Rs 3.67 lakh per month, whereas the highest international monthly stipend stood at Rs 6.75 lakh per month.
XLRI Jamshedpur
XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) students secured 100% placement record for the 2023-25 batch. The placements recorded 591 students from both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses participating, securing over 600 offers from 172 recruiters.
The median salary stood at Rs 29 LPA with top 10% averaging Rs 52 LPA. The highest domestic offer was Rs 75 LPA and the highest international offer was Rs 1.1 CPA.
Recruiters from different sectors incuding consulting, BFSI, sales & marketing, ITES, E-commerce and general management participated in the placement. Accenture Strategy, BCG, EY, PwC India, Reliance, and Kotak Mahindra Bank were among the top recruiters.
