
Jamia Millia Islamia Opens Admissions 2025-26; Adds 14 New Courses
Jamia Millia Islamia has announced the opening of admissions for the academic session of 2025-26. The prospectus is available online at the official website – admission.jmi.ac.in. Also, Jamia Millia Islamia has introduced 14 new courses from this session. The Last date for submission of the online admission form is April 10, 2025.
The form correction window will be open from April 12 to April 14, 2025. Admit cards will be issued from April 7, 2025, onwards one week before the admission test date. The Entrance Tests will be commenced from April 26 onwards.

- M.F.A. (Conceptual Art Practice) Self-Financed

Additional Initiatives
To attract more foreign students and NRI wards, JMI has reduced fees for applicants from SAARC countries, besides reducing fees for foreign nationals/NRI wards for Diploma courses under the University Polytechnic. Also, 2 seats in the BDS programme (which admits students through NEET) are reserved for foreign students.
Foreign nationals applying for PhD courses at JMI can now appear for admission interviews online as part of the entrance process to avoid difficulty in procuring visas and undertaking travel to India.

Several courses for admission through CUET have also been increased. Admissions to as many as 25 programs (9 UG, 5 PG, 8 diploma programs, and 3 advanced diploma programs) will be done through the CUET Merit Score. Earlier, there were 20 courses under the CUET admission process.
