Maharashtra SSC Results Date, Time Confirmed: Details Here
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or MSBSHSE (popular as Maharashtra Board), Pune, has announced the date for the SSC result 2024. As per a notification released by the board on Saturday, the Secondary School Certificate or SSC results for the year 2024 will be released online on May 27. The SSC or Class 10 results will be released at 1.00 pm on Monday, as per the statement released by the Maharashtra Board. Earlier, an official from the board had confirmed to Timeline that the SSC results are expected on May 27. Before this, the state board, running under the Maharashtra education department, released the HSC or Higher Secondary Certificate examination or Class 12 results on May 21. The HSC results for the examinations held in February – 2024 were released at the official results publishing website of Maharashtra Board, at mahresult.nic.in. The SSC results will also be released on the same website, mahresult.nic.in.
“The SSC results for the examination held by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will be released on Monday, May 27, 2024 at 1.00 pm online. Ahead of this, a press conference in this regard will be held at 11.00 am,” the board’s statement on the Maharashtra SSC results declaration said.
The Maharashtra board has conducted this year’s SSC exams in March. The exams were held from March 1 to 26, 2024. Last year the overall pass percentage for SSC board exams was 93.83%. The girls outcompete boys by securing an overall 95.87% while boys secured 92.06%.

As per the board rules, a class 10 or SSC student must score at least 35 percent marks in all the subjects to clear the exam and those who fail can reappear for the supplementary examinations. As normal, the original marksheet of the SSC students will be available in the schools and students are required to collect it from their respective schools.
This year nearly 14 lakh students appeared for the Maharashtra class 10th (SSC) board exams. Last year the class 10th Maharashtra board result was declared on June 2, 2024.
The class 10 results of most educational boards in the country were released earlier except the Maharashtra Board and Rajasthan Board. The Rajasthan Class 10 results are expected by the end of this month.
