Pondicherry University Starts Admission Process For Distance Programs 2024
The Directorate of Distance Education, Pondicherry University released a notification regarding its degree programs. The admission process for the Calendar Year 2024 has already started from 01st February 2024 and the last date for online applications is 31st March 2024. All interested candidates can visit the website https://dde.pondiuni.edu.in to apply.
The University has been offering a total of 20 (Twenty) degree programs both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses. This includes 08 (Eight) MBA degrees in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, General, Tourism, Operations & Supply Chain Management, and Hospital Management, 04 (Four) PG degrees including MCom (Finance) and MA in English, Hindi and Sociology and 08 (Eight) UG degrees (BBA, BCom, BA in English, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology and Journalism & Mass Communication).
These degree programs have been recognized and approved by the AICTE and the Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB), New Delhi.
Mentioning that on February 7, 2024, the Ananda Rangapillai Library of Pondicherry University hosted the opening of a three-day international conference on the theme of “G20 Library Summit: Connecting the Nations for Knowledge and Cultural Heritage.” Attendees included over 300 representatives from G20 member states.
