Punjab NEET 2024 Provisional Merit List Is Out; Objections Allowed Till Today

Seat allotment will start on August 25 till August 27. The final results of the seat allotment will be announced on August 28, 2024.

Punjab NEET 2024 Provisional Merit List Is Out; Objections Allowed Till Today

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has released the provisional merit list of the Punjab National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024. The merit list is available on the university’s official website – bfuhs.ac.in. Candidates need to check the given information in the list as any discrepancies or objections need to be addressed by August 1, 5 pm.

The provisional list contains information on the candidate’s name, NEET enrollment number, scores, rank, father’s name, category, and quota.

Following the submission of the objections a revised final merit list will be published on August 23, 2024.

Seat allotment will start on August 25 till August 27. The final results of the seat allotment will be announced on August 28, 2024.

The next round will be participation in the seat allotment process based on seat availability, candidate’s marks, and preferences. The counseling fee is Rs 2,500 for the general category and Rs 1,950 for the other categories.

As per the official notification, the Combined Online Counselling for admission to UG medical and dental courses in all the medical colleges including private universities, and minority institutions in the State of Punjab will be conducted by the BFUHS, Faridkot. Notification or update issued by the state of MCC or govt of Punjab into this matter will be applicable.

Other states, including Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra have also initiated the NEET UG Counselling proccess for admission to medical colleges under the state quota. On the other hand MCC is also conducted all indian counselling under 15% All India Quota seats.
