MCC Releases NEET UG Round One Seat Matrix

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET UG counselling round one seat matrix for MBBS, BDS NRI, and other UG medical courses, on the MCC official website. The NEET UG round one choice-filling option is open for the candidates till August 20.

The final seat matrix also gives details on the number of MBBS seats that are available in the central universities under different quotas.

Those candidates who had registered for NEET UG 2024 first phase counselling under 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats will be able to fill choices and confirm colleges and lock it between 4 pm and 11:55 pm of August 20.

Candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2024 will have to submit the choices of courses and colleges in order of preference on the official website.

The round 1 seat allotment results will be declared on August 23 and successful candidates will likely report to the allotted institutions between August 24 and 29 with the necessary documentation.

MCC has also published a list of 1,037 candidates whose category has been changed from Indian to NRI after the document scrutiny. These candidates will have to produce original documents during reporting and if failed their admission is subjected to be cancelled with the MCC order.
