'Why NEET Results On Poll Results Day?': Congress Questions Government And NTA' Transparency
Amid the nationwide uproar on the NEET UG – 2024 result, the political parties and leaders have supported the students’ cause. They are targeting the ruling government and the National Testing Agency (NTA) alleging them to play with the future of the students and youth.
Congress leader Kanhiya Kumar attacked the BJP government while addressing a press conference. He demanded a thorough investigation into the alleged misconduct and irregularities in the examination and strict actions against those who are playing with the youth’s future.

Questioning the preponing of the NEET result announcement date the Congress leader targeted the agency to cover up the irregularities in the exam. “If the result is announced on June 4 on the day of the election result, no one will question them about the irregularities in examination”, he said.
Mentioning the paper leak case in the Patna exam center, Kanhiya Kumar raised questions on the 67 candidates getting rank 1 and the selection of several candidates from a single center in Haryana, in the NEET UG – 2024 exam.

He questioned the credibility of the examination agency and made some demands considering the future of students in the country. Kanhiya Kumar demands a review of all NEET exam-related issues and to resolve the complaints immediately to reduce the suffering of candidates. The Congress leader also demanded to investigate the guidance of the Supreme Court and if any irregularities are found the examination should be conducted again.
