In Adampur assembly constituency Chander Parkash of Indian National Congress won the election. He won the seat by competing against Bhavya Bishnoi of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Parkash won the election with the margin of 1268 votes. Randeep Choudaryvas of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) came at third position.
The Adampur assembly constituency is part of the Hisar parliamentary seat. The seat is currently under the clasp of BJP’s Bhavya Bishnoi, who won the election in 2022 by polls over the margin of 67, 492 votes. Bishnoi defeated Indian National Congress candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi, who won the 2019 assembly election with a huge margin of 29,471 votes.
The constituency is known as the bastion of Bishnoi family, due to the long-standing influence of the family, especially with the three-time Chief Minister Bhajan Lal. Bhavya Bishnoi is the granddaughter of the former CM. Bhavya Bishnoi is racing against Congress’ Chander Parkash Jangra, and Aam Aadmi Party’s Bhupender Beniwal.
