Kannada actor Duniya Vijay hit at the BJP for spreading hate against Muslims. The Bheema star said BJP does not have anything else to offer but to spread hate against Muslims. He was doing the election campaign for Geeta Sivarajkumar, Congress candidate from Shimoga, wife of actor Sivarajkumar.
Duniya said the BJP have only one weapon, and that is to spread hate about Muslims. He said, the BJP keep doing the “Hindu-Muslim” over and over again as they have nothing else to do. He said BJP have only one motive and that is to prove that the Muslims are evil and Hindus are good. Duniya went on to say that “if we don”t do the right thing now, for the next five years we”ll keep listening to their (BJP”s) Hindu-Muslim agenda and they will destroy our brotherhood”. He also added that there are good and bad in all races and it is not right to blame one community.

Last week, Narendra Modi stirred a political storm over his remark on Muslims. While addressing a rally in Rajasthan, Modi said, “The Congress manifesto says they will calculate the gold with mothers and sisters, get information about it and then distribute that property. They will distribute it to whom – Manmohan Singh’s government had said that Muslims have the first right on the country’s assets.”
Opposition parties including Congress filed a complaint against PM Modi before the Election Commission. A notice was sent to BJP Chief JP Nadda and her counterpart, Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge after a complaint was filed against Rahul Gandhi. The poll panel has requested all the star campaigners to ensure that they follow guidelines for a “higher quality of political discourse”.
On work front, Duniya Vijay will be next seen in celebrated filmmaker of the industry, Jadeesha Kumar Hampi, who is still basking in the success of his movie, Kaatera. The film will go on floors on May 6th and is tentatively named as VK29.
