Jairam Ramesh Called PM Modi And Amit Shah "Experts At Psychological Warfare"

Congress MP and party general secretary Jairam Ramesh called Prime Minister Modi and Union Minister Amit Shah as “experts at  psychological warfare.” He discarded the BJP”s claim of winning more than 370 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha election, and asked, if so,  why are then they running to forge alliances with other parties.

Jairam Ramesh told ANI: “PM Modi and Amit Shah are experts at Psychological warfare. If they will cross 370 seats (in the Lok Sabha elections), why they are running after BJD, Pawan Kalyan, or TDP ….”

Congress MP then pointed that if BJP wanted to weaken INDIA alliance, they have snatched Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) Nitish Kumar, and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD).

Recently, the BJP has announced its alliance with N Chandrababu Naidu”s Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Pawan Kalyan”s Janasena Party (JSP) ahead of Lok Sabha and Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, which will be held concurrently. In 2018, the TDP has withdrawn support to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government in the wake of its refusal to grant special category status to Andhra Pradesh.

“The BJP and TDP have a very old relationship together. TDP joined NDA in 1996psyand has worked together successfully in Atal Ji’s and Narendra Modi Ji’ government. In 2014, the TDP and the BJP fought the Lok Sabha election and assembly election together. The JSP had supported the 2014 general and assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh,” BJP said in a statement.

Similarly, BJP tried at the possibilities of forming an alliance with Odisha chief minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) supremo Naveen Patnaik. As per the latest reports, the alliance talks so far ended without any successful conclusion and both parties will be facing the Lok Sabha polls solo.
