Kerala Election Results 2026: Adv. Thomas Unniyadan Wins Irinjalakuda Seat by Over 10,000 Votes

Kerala Congress candidate Adv. Thomas Unniyadan has secured a decisive victory in the Kerala Assembly Election 2026 from Irinjalakuda constituency, as per the Election Commission.

Representing the Kerala Congress, Unniyadan won with 66,282 votes and defeated his nearest rival Dr. R. Bindu of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) by a margin of 10,212 votes. Dr. R. Bindu finished second with 56,070 votes.

BJP candidate Santhosh Cherakulam ended in third position with 27,167 votes, trailing significantly behind the main contenders.

The result indicates a strong performance by the Kerala Congress in the constituency, with Thomas Unniyadan maintaining a consistent lead during the counting process.
