BJP candidate Om Prakash Yadav has won from Narnaul constituency. As per the election commission data, Om Prakash has polled 57,635 votes.
Narnaul is one of the 90 assembly seats in Haryana. The seat which is classified as urban falls in the Mahendragarh district of Haryana. A total of 11 candidates were in fray for Narnaul assembly seat in the 2024 assembly election. Om Prakash Yadav of BJP, Rao Narendra Singh of Congress and Ravinder Singh Matru of AAP are the major candidates from the constituency.
In the 2019 assembly elections, Om Prakash Yadav of BJP won the seat defeating by a margin of 14,715 which was 14.88% of total votes cast for the seat. In 2014, Om Prakash of BJP won in this seat defeating Kamlesh of INLD by a margin of 4,573 which was 4.74% of the total votes cast for the seat.
As per the data released by Election Commission, the estimated voter turn out in Narnaul constituency was 67.14%. During the 2019 Haryana Assembly election, BJP emerged victorious, bagging 40 of the 90 seats. The BJP formed the government in coalition with Dushyant Chautala-led JJP, which managed to win 10 seats. Meanwhile, the Congress party received 31 seats and the remaining were taken by INLD, Haryana Lokhit Party and independent candidate.
