Rajasthan Election Results: Mahendra Pal Meena Wins Jamwa Ramagrah Constituency
The 2023 election result of the jamwa ramagrah constituency shows that BJP take backs the seat by Mahendra pal meena who defeated the INC candidate Gopal Lal Meena. Mahendra pal secured 100041 votes. While, Gopal lal came second with 61614 votes. The independent candidate Suman Meena came third has garnered 13284.
Jamwa Ramgarh is one of the 200 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Rajasthan state. It is part of Jaipur district and is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes. As of 2018, Gopal Meena of the Indian National Congress party won in the constituency.
In 2018, Jamwa Ramgarh legislative assembly constituency had total 206066 electors. Indian National Congress candidate Gopal Lal Meena won and became MLA for Jamwa Ramgrah. He secured total 89165 votes. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Mahendra Pal Meena stood second with total 67481 votes. He lost by 21684 votes.
In 2013, Jamwa Ramgarh legislative assembly constituency had total 176035 electors. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Jagdish Narayan won and became MLA . He secured total 64162 votes. Indian National Congress candidate Shankar Lal stood second with total 32261 votes. He lost by 31901 votes.
In 2008, Jamwa Ramgarh legislative assembly constituency had total 156514 electors. Indian National Congress candidate Gopal Meena won and became MLA from this seat. He secured total 36451 votes. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Jagdish Narayan came second with total 34898 votes. He lost by 1553 votes.
Over all, according to the latest report of Rajasthan assembly election, out of the total 119 seats BJP won 115 seats and INC secured 69 seats. Along with Rajasthan, the assembly elections were held in four other states including Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. The results of these four states have also been announced today except Mizoram. The results of Mizoram will be announced on December 4.
