Sharing his love for his daughter, the multitalented Farhan Akhtar took to Instagram to wish his daughter Akira on her birthday.
In the photo shared, Akira can be seen taking a selfie with her father at the back. Making faces, the father-daughter duo looks adorable and goofy. In the selfie, Farhan wears a white shirt with a backpack on his back while Akira dons a blue hoody.
With a short and sweet note, the actor wrote in the caption, “It”s your birthday beautiful girl…wish you all the happiness in the world. Love you more than you know.”
Bollywood star Ranveer Singh also expressed his love for the two by commenting with three white heart emojis.

Previously, Farhan had shared the trailer of Akira”s short film titled Homesick, giving a shout-out to his daughter and the team behind the upcoming project. He expressed his excitement and happiness for his daughter”s short film, wishing her the best of luck.
Farhan was married to Adhuna Bhabani with whom he shares two daughters – Akira and Shakya. The two separated in 2016 and divorced in 2017 after sharing 16 years of their life together. Farhan then married actor-singer Shibani Dandekar in 2022.
Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani”s production house Excel Entertainment recently made headlines with their Don 3 announcement featuring Ranveer Singh as the titular character. The film is expected to hit theatres in 2025.
