Kareena Kapoor, who is all packed to lead us into the mystery-packed thriller The Buckingham Murdershas offered a surprise to her fans. To reach a wider audience the Hansal Mehta directorial will be releasing in two versions: one in Hinglish and the other in a Hindi dubbed version.

The mystery thriller is all set to hit the theaters tomorrow. The original hinglish version of the film might be a bit challenging for the general audience to understand since the actors used the authentic accents of the locality. To resolve the issue, the makers have decided to release an additional Hindi version of the movie.

To ensure the movie collection at the box office and the accessibility of the audience, the makers will be using a 50-50 strategy. In turn, 50% of the screens will show the version in Hinglish, and the other 50% will show the Hindi version.

Kareena Kapoor will be portrayed as a detective and mother who, after losing her child, must investigate the murder of a 10-year-old in Buckinghamshire. The trailer has captured the audience’s attention with the introduction of an innocent victim, a murder, an arrest of a Muslim teenager, which later intensifies into a communal riot, buried secrets, and a lot more. and has dropped a shocking question “How well do you know your family, friends, and neighbors?”

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ekta Kapoor, and Hansal Mehta have co-produced the project. The film also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. Moreover, the film premiered at several film festivals and it garnered tremendous appreciation at the BFI London Film Festival 2023 and the 2023 Mumbai Film Festival.
