Vidaamuyarchi (March 3 – Netflix)
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions, Vidaamuyarchi follows Arjun (Ajith), a man who embarks on a dangerous mission to rescue his wife, Kayal (Trisha), who has been captured by a notorious group in Azerbaijan. The film brought back the celebrated combo of Ajith-Trisha on screen along with a stellar cast including Arjun Sarja, Arav, Regina Cassandra, and Ramya Subramanian.
Vidaamuyarchi is the adaptation of Breakdown (1997) starring Kurt Russell, Kathleen Quinlan, and J. T. Walsh.
The film will be available in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Daredevil: Born Again (March 6 – JioHotstar)
The much-awaited and fan-requested show is all set to hit JioHotstar. Charlie Cox will return as Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, in the upcoming Marvel series. Daredevil: Born Again will follow Matt, who has hung up his masked alter ego after a traumatic event that made him question his whole purpose. He finds himself against Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) as their past collides against each other.
Cast: Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Eldon Henson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Ayelet Zurer, Jon Bernthal, Kamar de los Reyes, and Wilson Bethel.

Picture This (March 6 – Netflix)
Pia, a struggling photographer, receives a prediction: true love awaits in her next five dates. With her sister’s wedding looming and her family playing matchmaker, her ex reappears, throwing her love life into chaos. This rom-com is all set to drop only on Netflix.

Nadaaniyan (March 7 – Netflix)
What happens when a scripted romance turns into something unexpected? Meet Pia Jai Singh, a South Delhi socialite obsessed with crafting her perfect love story, and Arjun Mehta, a fiercely ambitious middle-class student aiming for the debate team captaincy. Their paths cross when Pia enlists Arjun to pose as her boyfriend, creating the illusion of a flawless relationship with no strings attached. But things become complicated when unexpected feelings and misunderstandings mount and they realise that love doesn’t always follow a plan.
Starring debutant Ibrahim Ali Khan and The Archies fame Khushi Kapoor, the film is directed by Shauna Gautam and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment. Watch Nadaaniyan only on Netflix.

Rekhachithram (March 7- Sony Liv)
Rekhachithram follows a suspended cop who rejoins the station to investigate a 40-year-old murder case and a faceless victim. Directed by Jofin T Chacko, the mystery crime thriller became the only Malayalam hit in the first month of January this year.
The film will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
Cast: Asif Ali, Anaswara Rajan, Manoj K. Jayan, Bhama Arun, Zarin Shahib, Harisree Ashokan, Indrans, Siddique, and a special cameo by Mammootty himself.
Dupahiya (March 7 – Prime Video)
A small village in Dhadakpur, the Belgium of Bihar, is on the cusp of celebrating 25 years of being crime-free. But chaos strikes when a never-seen-before motorbike, that was purchased as a wedding gift, gets stolen 7 days before the ceremony! The journey taken by the bride’s family and ex-lover to find the missing bike amidst comedy and chaos.
Directed by Sonam Nair, the series has been created and written by Chirag Garg and Avinash Dwivedi.
Cast: Gajraj Rao, Sparsh Shrivastava, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Bhuvan Arora, Komal Kushwaha, Yashpal Verma, and Renuka Shahane.

The Waking Of A Nation (March 7 – Sony Liv)
Directed by Ram Madhvani, the series follows the journey of fictional lawyer Kantilal Sahni (Taaruk Raina) as he discovers a conspiracy linked to the Amritsar tragedy. The show focuses on the Hunter Commission, an inquiry committee appointed to investigate the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. As the commission investigates the incident, Kantilal seeks to uncover the real forces behind General Reginald Dyer’s firing orders.

Thandel (March 7 – Netflix)
Set in Srikakulam, the Telugu film follows the story of a fisherman who gets caught by Pakistani forces after he accidentally drifts into international waters during a routine fishing trip. Released on February 7, the film is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced by Bunny Vasu. The film is inspired from a true story. Thandel also marks the second reunion of Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, who previously shared the screen in the 2021 released Love Story.
