Amidst speculation surrounding actor Shah Rukh Khan“s alleged involvement in securing the release of Indian naval officers from Qatar, his office has categorically denied any participation of the Jawan and Pathaan actor in the matter. Responding to statements made by senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, suggesting Khan”s role in facilitating a “expensive settlement” with Qatari leaders, the actor”s office released a statement refuting such claims.
Emphasising that the successful resolution rested solely with Indian government officials, Khan”s office dismissed any assertions of his involvement as unfounded.
The statement from Shah Rukh Khan”s office comes in response to Swamy”s remarks, where he suggested that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should thank Khan for his supposed intervention. However, Khan”s office reiterated that diplomatic matters of this nature are best handled by competent government officials.
In light of the controversy, Shah Rukh Khan”s office expressed happiness at the safe return of the naval officers and extended best wishes to them.

“Regarding the reports concerning Shah Rukh Khan”s purported role in the release of India”s naval officers from Qatar, the office of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan says that any such assertions of his involvement are unfounded, emphasizing the execution of this successful resolution solely rests with the Indian government officials and unequivocally denies Mr.Khan’s participation in this matter.
