SIKANDAR Trailer Review: Salman Khan-Rashmika Movie Offers Full Of Action

Yes. The trailer of Salman Khan-Rashmika Mandanna starrer Sikandar is out. As expected, it is packed with high-octane action and Salman’s signature swagger. However, while the trailer is filled with his one-liners, none seem to be instantly memorable. Salman is introduced as “Rajkot ka Raja” (King of Rajkot), who arrives in Mumbai and gets into business, much like any other AR Murugadoss protagonist. Once in Mumbai, the trailer shifts into full-fledged action, and you would hear from the hero that he is “Sikandar ka Muqaddar.”

The trailer hints at Sikandar’s past, with multiple cases registered against him. Yet, in Mumbai, he declares that no one is above the law. This raises an intriguing question—Is Sikandar an outlaw or a vigilante?

Sikandar marks the Bollywood comeback of acclaimed filmmaker AR Murugadoss, known for action-packed blockbusters like Ghajini (2008), Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty (2014), and Akira (2016). His films often feature protagonists who fight against a corrupt system with a strong emotional core.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan, who has dominated Bollywood with action hits such as Wanted (2009), Kick (2014), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), and Sultan (2016), returns to the big screen in an action-packed role.

Apart from Salman and Rashmika, Sikandar, set for an Eid release on March 30, also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Suniel Shetty, Kishore, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar.
