Get ready fans, Kollywood is bringing another nostalgic reunion on board. Actor Suriya is here to bring a delightful treat for the fans by sharing the screen with actress Trisha in his upcoming RJ Balaji directorial, Suriya 45.

Followed by the wide reception for Trisha’s cameo in Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT, the Ponniyin Selvan actress is now teaming up with the Kanguva actor in his next project. As per the DT Next report, Trisha has recently signed the film and will be a part of the first schedule of the shoot, which is about to start in the next few days.

Kollywood has been treating fans with the nostalgic reunion of beloved 90s actors on screen. Amidst the raising fan base for the yesteryear actors, the reunion of Trisha and Suriya is set to take the theaters by storm.

Notably, the actors will be sharing the screen nearly after a decade. The union marks the 4th collaboration of the actors. During their previous collaborations like Mounam Pesiyadhe, Aayutha Ezhuthu, and Aaru, they delivered blockbusters. They were also seen together when Suriya played a cameo in Manmadhan Ambu.

Announcing this exciting collaboration, RJ Balaji unveiled the first-look poster of the film last month.

RJ Balaji, known for his directorials Mookuthi Amman and Veetla Vishesham, is cooking something new by reuniting the celebrated pair. Set to be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film is touted to be the most expensive production in the company’s history.

The production house has critically acclaimed films like Joker, Aruvi, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Kaithi, and Sulthan under its belt.

As per reports, the film is set to go on the floors by the end of November. Even though there are no official updates from the team yet, it was revealed that AR Rahman is composing the music for the film. Previously, the duo collaborated on Suriya’s one of the classics, Sillunu Oru Kadhal.
