For all those waiting to see the iconic duo of Mohanlal and Shobana recreate their classic magic, you don’t have to wait much longer. Thudarum, directed by Tharun Moorthy, has locked its release date for this month.
The highly anticipated family entertainer will hit theatres near you on April 25.

Sharing the news, Mohanlal wrote, “You’ve heard the whispers. You’ve felt our arrival. It’s time to drive it home. Thudarum arrives on April 25th.”

The single ‘Kanmanipoove‘ was released from the film. Kanmanipoove evoked memories of the timeless classic ”Vaishakha Sandhye” with its soulful melody and the voice of legendary M.G. Sreekumar.

Expectations are high since this is the first collaboration between Mohanlal and Tharun Moorthy, who is known for critically acclaimed films such as Operation Java and Saudi Vellakka.
And the cherry on top? Thudarum will mark the return of the much-loved duo of Mohanlal and Shobana after 15 long years. The two were last seen together sharing the big screen in the action flick Sagar Alias Jacky Reloaded (2009).
