
Top Pakistani Celebs With Huge Indian Fanbases Blocked On Instagram After Pahalgam Terror Attack
In the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that claimed the lives of 26 unarmed tourists and injured dozens, India has taken a stern stance against Pakistani digital presence and influence.
As part of a sweeping crackdown, the Instagram accounts of over 10 high-profile Pakistani celebrities have been disabled for Indian users, following a legal directive by the Indian government.

Instagram users in India attempting to access these profiles are now met with the message: “Account not available in India. This is because we complied with a legal request to restrict this content.”
Accounts Blocked: A-list Celebrities with Massive Fanbases in India
Among the prominent Pakistani actors and influencers whose Instagram accounts are now inaccessible in India are:

Hania Aamir: Known for her bubbly persona and recently rumoured Bollywood debut opposite Diljit Dosanjh in Sardaarji 3.

Earlier this week, songs from Fawad Khan and Bollywood actor Vaani Kapoor’s upcoming film Abir Gulaal were removed from YouTube.

The tracks, the romantic ballad ‘Khudaaya Ishq’ and the upbeat number ‘Angrezi Rangrasiya’, were both taken down as of April 25.
Originally released earlier this month, the songs have been pulled from the official YouTube channel of the film’s production house, A Richer Lens Entertainment, as well as from Saregama’s official channel.
