Noida, Uttar Pradesh: A customer has claimed that he found an insect inside a deep-fried chicken order from a KFC outlet at Gaur City Mall in Greater Noida West. The incident happened on Saturday, and the customer posted the video on social media, tagging Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner IAS Tukaram Mundhe, asking the senior official to look into the matter.

He has placed the order at around 2.30 pm at the outlet and found the inspect calling it ‘horrible’ for him. Following the incident, the restaurant apologised and asked for his order details to investigate the complaint. In a subsequent post, he also shared the order details, stating that the order number was 6353.

The KFC Indi also apologised for the experience and asked the user to share the order ID so that its team could contact him and address the concern.

“Disgusted and shocked to found an insect in my KFC fried and crispy chicken at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. This is completely unacceptable! Was there any quality check? Time: 2:30pm on 5-Sept -2026,” the customer wrote on X.
