'80 Voters In Single-Room': India Today Exposes ECI After Rahul Gandhi's Big Allegations
After Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi made explosive allegations he termed an ‘atom bomb’, national media India Today on Friday carried out an investigation into the Congress leader’s claims and found them true.
Corroborating with Rahul Gandhi’s allegations, the channel found that there were 80 voters in Bengaluru’s Muni Reddy Garden, House Number 35. It is a single-room house, whose owner was associated with the saffron party, though he later flinched his claim of link with the BJP when contacted by the journalist.

The owner also admitted that he never informed the poll body officials about the anomaly, despite knowing that most of the voters were no longer inside the mentioned residence. When informed of the consequences, the owner assured the media person that he would alert the concerned officials about the potential voter list fraud.
Though the house’s owner evaded responsibility, Rahul Gandhi’s recent claims about the ECI’s alleged collusion with the saffron party has found some ground. The Congress leader had alleged that voter list has been engineered to benefit the BJP, a strong claim backed by concrete evidences which the election commission will no longer be able to ignore.

When asked about the persons registered on the voters’ list from the given address, which is currently shared by four delivery agents from West Bengal, one of the occupants said he does not know anyone on the list, while denying links to the alleged voters.
Sharing the report, Congress X handle pointed out the report proves that the “Election Commission, with the support of the BJP, is facilitating vote theft, and on this basis, Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister.”
The poll body, the Grand Old Party asserted, hence, will have to answer the people of the country.
