New Delhi: Priyanka Kakkar, Aam Aadmi Party’s national spokesperson since 2013, switched to the Indian National Congress on October 3, Saturday. Kakkar criticised the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for straying from its early anti-luxury promises such as using private helicopters.

The former AAP leader praised Leader of Opposition (LoP) and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for the resilience he has shown against vote theft. Notably, she had earlier called Rahul Gandhi a BJP asset.
