"BJP, UP Protecting Yati Narsinghanand": Owaisi On Hate-Monger's Prophet Muhammad Remarks
AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi today filed a formal complaint with Hyderabad police Commissioner CV Anand against priest Yeti Narsinghanand, the head of Dasna temple, Ghaziabad, for his inflammatory remark against prophet Muhammed. The comment, including the “burning of effigy,” has stirred controversy, provoking members of the Muslim community and drawing calls for immediate actions.
While addressing the media, the AIMIM chief stated that not only a case should be registered against Yeti Narsinghanand but he should be arrested, expressing his hope that “action will be taken soon.”

Owaisi also appealed to the public to remain peaceful and not take the law into their own hands in the presence of several party MLAs.
Owaisi submitted a representation on behalf of AIMIM to take legal action against Yati Narsinghanand for his alleged hate speech and derogatory remarks against prophet Muhammad, revered by billions across the world. Several protests were also held against Yati Narsinghanand in Hyderabad.
The Hyderabad MP had in an X post demanded legal action against the Narsinghanand, calling the priest’s remark “highly condemnable ,detogatory ,filthy,& obnoxious.”

Yeti Narsinghanand made the remark while speaking at an event held on September 29 at Hindi Bhavan in Ghaziabad, and the speech is now going round on social media, inviting commendation from political parties and religious organizations from within the country and beyond.
