Aravind’s brother found the note, and filed a complaint against the alleged accused people. The police have registered an Unnatural Death Report (UDR). On October 6, police filed a case against Bhavish Aggarwal, Das, and others in connection with the case.

The allegations include workplace harassment and pressure, mental torture, salary and allowance denial, leading to the tragic end of the employee.

In the FIR filed in the police station, it is alleged that constant harassment, humiliation, and financial exploitation by his superiors were directly responsible for Aravind’s death. His family urged the police to initiate legal proceedings against the accused officials, including Das and Aggarwal, holding them accountable for abetment to suicide.

Notably, Ola has issued a statement, explaining that the employee never raised any complaint or grievance regarding his employment or harassment.
