Dejected By Failures: Mysuru Businessman Kills Wife, Children, Before Hanging Himself At Home
Mysuru, Karnataka: A businessman in Karnataka’s Mysuru district allegedly smothered his wife and two young daughters before ending his own life by handing at New Maruti Extension in Hunsur on Monday, July 20.
The man, identified as Harish, 49, left a suicide note in a notebook detailing his properties, documents, and other belongings, and instructions on who they should be given to after his death.

According to Mysuru SP Mallikarjun Baladandi, the incident prima facie looked like Harish smothered his wife, Nischita 36, and children Nexa, 12 and Raksha, 6 and then hanged himself to death. The officials are currenting looking into whether they were any domestic disputes.
Harish’s mother also lived with them, but she had left for their hometown in Rajasthan two days ago. Police suspect that the businessman initially planned to end only his life and had mentioned in a six-page death note that he was suffering from mental illness and to look after his wife and children well. Later, he changed his mind later and killed his wife and two children. Police said the mouths and noses of the three victims had been sealed with adhesive plaster, suggesting they died of suffocation.

He also mentions that he was dejected by failures, adding that however, he owned no money to anyone.
