Hyderabad: Man Kills 22-Year-Old Woman For Rejecting Proposal For Relationship

Jadcherla, Hyderabad: A man has allegedly murdered a young woman aged 22 years for reportedly rejecting his proposal for a relationship in Jadcherla in Telangana. The deceased has been identified as Vaishnavi, who was working as a teacher at a private educational institute.

The accused man had been harassing the woman for the past few weeks under the pretext of love. The accused man killed the woman on her way from work to her house. After the woman got off her bus, the man, who was waiting for her on her usual route, allegedly attacked her with a knife and stabbed her multiple times in the neck, stomach and other parts of the body, The New Indian Express reported.

The woman sustained critical injuries, leading to her death on the spot after collapsing on the road. The passerby, enraged by the brutal assault on the woman, caught the accused and assaulted him before police came to arrest him. The accused man is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital after sustaining injuries from the assault by the people.

According to the police, the entire incident reportedly took place within a few minutes.
